From the airport

There will be transportation service from the airport on Thursday and Friday for guests arriving on those days, with stops at Casa San Carlos and nearby hotels. Please enter your flight information here. Note: If you are staying in an Airbnb or a more distant hotel, Uber service is also available from the airport (there is free Wi-Fi at the airport).

If none of these options work for you (for example, if you arrive at a different time), please email us at bodasowmyayjuan@gmail.com and we will arrange for a family member to pick you up.

Transportation to/
from the event venue

There will be transportation from the three closest hotels at the following times:

Friday:
Pick-up: 3:30 PM
Return: 9:00 PM

Saturday morning:
Pick-ups around 8:00 AM

Saturday afternoon:
Returns to hotels around 12:30 PM
New pick-up for the cocktail around 4:00 PM

Saturday night (after the reception):
Returns at 10:00 PM, 12:00 AM, and 2:00 AM

If you are not staying at one of the nearby hotels, you can take an Uber or taxi. Send us the receipt and we will reimburse you.

Return to the airport (Sunday)
Depending on flight schedules, there will be transportation to the airport from Casa San Carlos in the morning and afternoon. Please enter your flight information here.

If you are staying at one of the nearby hotels, transportation will pick you up there first, then stop at Casa San Carlos before heading to the airport. You can also take an Uber (less than 20 minutes).
